27. "What Doesn't Kill You"

After years of missing their housing targets the Government has introduced a new plan - Scrap targets altogether. Aoife and Colm wonder whether removing the targets for completions is the solution that could see the housing crisis fixed before 2040. [Spoiler: This is not the conclusion they reach]

The recording this week was rudely interrupted by word that Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe has resigned from Government to take up a role with the World Bank, Aoife and Colm react to the news.

There's also talk of US military planes landing in Shannon and the cost to the taxpayer, an elimination of cervical cancer, and shameful HSE waiting lists.
