The best thing I’ve implemented in my life is Peak Performance Tracking. I am sure that the improvement I see in myself is because of my consistency in doing and tracking my daily habits. Without this, I am sure that I won’t be able to reach this certain level in my trajectory. Am I perfect at it? Of course not. Remember, we are not aiming for perfection; the goal is consistency.
