#26 The Most Powerful Forgiveness Tool

What if the heart of forgiveness is centered in self-forgiveness?

I'm not a huge fan of clickbait type titles like this one, “The most powerful forgiveness tool.” I resist this type of hype yet, this is the most authentic and true title for this episode because there is no other tool that is even in the category of power for forgiveness in my experience.

Being able to release events, trauma, and conflicts with people that remain locked and blocked in our mind, body and psyche.

The tool that I am speaking about is the Hawaiian prayer called Ho’Oponopono. It is a simple four sentence prayer that is repeated over and over and over. My understanding of the four lines can be used in any order.

"I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you."

Sometimes I also say: "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you."
