Sooo it has been a few moments, maybe many moments since my vocal tones were recorded on a podcast.

This is a general update on my life. I’ve had some huge profound healings, deepening of my place in the world and reality around us.

January was a particularly very strange month. But through the challenges, I have come to a seedling of an understand concerning my place in the world and also how important and power the human body is.

Our consciousness and body is everything, I’m starting to see external reality as a purely a projection of our consciousness, the body acting as multidimensional map.
