#23 - Chao Chen

Chao was born and raised in China. He came to the US for his graduate degree after college. He was an active member of NSA San Jose Chapter. He recently joined the "Stammer Talk" team to improve the lives of people who stutter in China, let people look at stuttering in a correct and scientific way.
