[#22] I Dare You to Smile

This week’s episode almost didn’t happen—until a little nudge reminded me how powerful showing up can be, even when you don’t feel ready. From the front seat of my car, I’m keeping it real and keeping it moving, even through the heavy stuff. Life is short, life is weird, and life is worth celebrating. So if you’re feeling the weight this week, I dare you to smile anyway. Dance a little. Hydrate. Text a friend. The joy is still there—and it wants to find you.
