We all know that January stinks and February may also be slow.

To kick off Season 6 (!), I'm providing a brief history of how "Dry January" began and I'm laying out a few things that we as patrons can do to support our favorite establishments and what beverage makers & restaurants can do to drive revenue while using this downtime wisely.
