206. The Benefits of a Holding Pattern

Hey mission fam! I share how these periods of seeming stillness aren't about procrastination or laziness, but can be sacred spaces of healing, regrouping, and intentional preparation.

Drawing from aviation analogies and personal experiences (like President Utchdorf), I explore how holding patterns protect us from rushed decisions and give us time to reconnect with ourselves and God.
