Have you ever had an intentional spiritual leader invest in you personally? Sadly, many in the church haven't. Why? There's a leadership crisis in the church. Many who are called to lead aren't leading!
Consider this... God has called YOU to lead. Maybe not in an official position, but in the life of a person. Here's the thing: if you are a believer and follower of Jesus, God has called you to make disciples; and discipleship is being an intentional leader to at least one person at a time.
What does that look like?

We are working together to be like Jesus & to help others become like Him. Jesus's mission was focused on RELATIONSHIPS. We believe Church is a team sport, and the objective is making disciples of Jesus relationally (Matthew 18:18-20, Matthew 4:19)
