In this episode, we explore the consequences of trying to discuss movies and shows without actually keeping up with the required viewing—something that, admittedly, never backfires until it very much does—and make the case that anyone weighing in should probably have done their homework. We then shift into a critique of Star Wars, revisiting the shortcomings of the sequel trilogy while highlighting how some of the expanded universe books delivered far stronger storytelling and represented major missed opportunities for adaptation. Finally, we turn our attention to the latest episode of Wonder Man, cautiously optimistic that it might start answering lingering questions, though history suggests we may be getting ahead of ourselves just a bit.
