Sandra Healy, CEO & Founder of inclusio, the leading behavioural science platform for tracking, monitoring and reporting on people and culture.

Sandra’s career spanned 20 years in the global telecoms industry working across the UK and Ireland. She is a Technical Engineer, Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner.

During her five years at Dublin City University, she established the University’s Centre of Excellence for DEI, and led the R&D of inclusio. In 2021 inclusio spun out of DCU.

Over the past 20 years Sandra has researched and actioned culture change across industries and is considered one of the leading experts in this space.

• An Expert Advisor for Ireland’s Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality in 2020.
