In this week's conversation, Lianne chats with Michelle Ghassemi - an operations & business mentor who overcame a challenging upbringing of generational poverty, frequent moves & a parent with mental health struggles.

Michelle shares how she built her salon business to without the typical business background. Having not finished highschool, Michelle always had a curious mind and soon discovered that she was a natural leader.

While other's closed their businesses during the pandemic, Michelle pivoted, and remained connected to her clients and her community.

Now, Michelle works with female business owners on how to acutally "be in" their business rather than oursourcing the knowledge that they need to know to scale and create profitable businesses.
