#174 - Help Me Protect You from the Screen

Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ A pleasant episode this week, where I help you get in touch with the present moment. You are a tiny universe unto yourself, and happiness is found here, in the room you're in... not in trying to inhabit the entire world through a screen in your hand.

Remember that Your Brain The Organ is built to handle a world about as far as your eyes can see, with a population of two hundred people MAX (over an entire lifetime!).

The globe is way, WAY bigger... So if you're feeling distressed by a globe of hate, bad news, and horrible videos, just remember that there's nothing wrong with you. Your phone is asking your brain to lift something far heavier than it's able to.

So let's be wise about our attention, sound good, Little Bunny? 🥰 Let's bring your brain's attention back down to the small world it was designed for. Your happiness is a good thing! So let's protect it. I need a happy, healthy bunny on my hands, and if you need some help getting there, come cozy up and enjoy some wonderful, peaceful time together. 🥰
