16. RIE a la carte

This week I wanted to be very vulnerable and honest with y'all to share some stress plaguing my life these past few weeks and, not surprisingly, how it negatively affected my ability to parent the way I want to. RIE a la carte means we can all pick and choose the strategies and techniques from this philosophy that resonate with us. And it's OK to have days where we're not at our best; it's real life.
