[#16] I Dare You to Be in Community

We can’t do this life solo. This week, I’m talking about the power of community—checking in on your people, letting them check in on you, and knowing when to actually say what’s on your heart.

Sometimes you just need someone to listen. And if your circle isn’t valuing or supporting you? Maybe it’s time to shake up the roster. So this week, I dare you to tap in, reach out, and show up for your people. You don’t have to do it alone.

• When was the last time I reached out to someone just to check in? How can I be more intentional about nurturing my relationships?
• Are there any relationships in my life that no longer feel aligned? What steps can I take to surround myself with people who uplift and value me?
