Helen is an Elevation Coach, NLP Practitioner, and fierce advocate for women who are ready to rise.

For more than 30 years, she has been immersed in the wellbeing world, guiding, supporting, and empowering women to reconnect with who they truly are and step boldly into the potential they’ve always had.

She is a self-love addict, confidence igniter, and lifelong wellbeing devotee, as well as an Accredited Coaching Master and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Her work is rooted in a powerful belief: every woman’s story matters, and it is never too late to rewrite it.

Supporting women who have lost their spark — in life, work, or both — is her greatest passion and privilege. If a woman’s inner voice whispers “you’re not enough,” if she feels stuck in her thinking, or if her spark has dimmed, Helen believes she is exactly where she needs to be. She creates a conscious, compassionate space for women to reclaim their confidence, reconnect head and heart, and build a mindset fuelled by gratitude, courage, and possibility.
