Our podcast guest is Dr David Gunn who is a corneal, cataract, and refractive surgeon in Brisbane, Australia and I admire his drive to push himself to learn new, advanced surgical techniques. And he accomplishes this by initially learning from surgical videos - the CataractCoach way! (Which I learned from the Godfather of surgical videos, Dr Bob Osher.) He decided that he wanted to learn the CAIRS (Corneal Allogenic Intrastromal Ring Segments) technique pioneered by Dr Soosan Jacob and he then created a free planning tool at CairsPlan.com so that you can learn too.
