Meet Miriam Putnam, a Certified Wellness Coach and Freedom from Stress Counselor with twenty five years of holistic mental health advocacy.

Coming from a lineage of pioneers, her family founded Crayola Crayons and Putnam Publishing and her great step-grandmother was Amelia Earhart, she admired innovation, courageousness and the sense of freedom; that we can do anything we set our minds upon, with a lot of hard work.

Despite the family prestige, Miriam deeply questioned the status quo after losing her mother to mental health treatments and system, which reignited the journey for the truth on effective body, mind and soul healing.

Miriam's driven to create real change and aims to spread awareness on holistic mental health solutions. With the de-stress programs Miriam delivers now, a person feels revived in life and their stress melts away...an actual way where someone can get real stress relief and balance a healthy body, mind and soul.
