  • Cincinnati Children's is where thousands of Americans have sought medical care for their families. My guest is Nurse Practitioner Amy DeToro who explains how the virtual visits work and what to do if you're unsure!

    Emergency rooms and urgent cares are packed these days, with flu, covid, RSV, etc. So choosing to use the app when you need to see a doctor but it's not an EMERGENCY, is the fastest and safest way to have your child evaluated. The $48 fee pays for your visit, and if you need to be referred to urgent care or ER, that fee is refunded.

    Video visits are meant to evaluate minor injuries and illnesses. If your child has a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency room immediately.

    Open to anyone in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana.
    • Arm/leg pain after an injury
    • Bites (animal, human, insect)
    • Colds
    • Cough, congestion, runny nose
    • COVID-19 concerns
    • Eye infections
    • Fever (kids ages 2+)
    • Flu-like symptoms
    • Head injury without loss of consciousness

    • Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation
