Acerca de esta escucha
Can you imagine a world right now where every single person is collectively taking a little longer exhalation and just pausing with their breath?
With every long exhale, we're clearing out the clutter, emotional residue... and much more.
Spring is all about releasing and letting go of old beliefs, discarding heavy thoughts and heavy clothing (hopefully soon), and simply cleansing and clearing.
That's why this is the perfect time to pause, exhale, and notice our breath.
Today, on Episode #148 of the Habit Thrive Podcast, we're going practice our extended exhalation together.
This long exhalation can be our anchor in this "messy middle" time we're experiencing.
It reminds our nervous system that it's ok to pause, soften, and wait patiently.
We're going to explore the science behind our lengthened exhalation and how it impacts our nervous system, digestive system, oxygen flow and more.
We're also going to dive into what happens when we take this simple, long exhalation from strengthening our diaphragm to gently massaging our internal organs!
So, settle in, take a breath, and let it out.
Love,
