Acerca de esta escucha
Hey Sister-Friend,
How are you doing today? I hope you are well
Today, we will look at part 2 of the four pillars of trauma healing that every Christian woman should know.
In part one (episode 140) I unpacked the first 2 pillars of trauma healing, which are:
- Relational safety and preparation, and
- Education and skills building
In this episode, I will discuss the last two pillars:
- Desensitization and Integration
- Prost traumatic growth and resilience.
Many trauma survivors know that they want healing but are not quite sure how the process would look. By sharing these foundations, it will provide some insight into what you can expect the trauma-healing journey to entail. Your exact process would be tailored and co-created between you and your chosen mental health professional, and with the information in this episode, you will be able to explore and discuss what would be helpful to your healing.
I hope you enjoy this episode and I wish you every success in your trauma-healing journey.
Blessings and Love
Jenniel
