Luis Rosado: I've worn many hats over the years- Technical Training Consultant, Network Administration Consultant, Windows Server Management Consultant, Team Lead, Manager, and Associate Director in addition to chapter leader, mentor, sponsor, and DEI strategist. As a result, I've built a strong foundation for implementing and supporting high performing and custom IT solutions. My background includes developing and modernizing functional architecture (migrating apps from on-prem to cloud) as well as enabling hybrid architecture. I've contributed to long-range financial planning for budgets up to $2M and systems with up to 35K users. What have I learned over the years? There is always a solution, sometimes many. It is important to find that right fit for that issue. So you could say I've become somewhat of a "go to,"and I welcome that role because I find this field and helping to solve problems very rewarding.
