Then they were found floating attached to concrete blocks in Tampa Bay. They had been dead for days. The investigators follow their entire itinerary to catch a potential serial killer on the loose.

I lived in Tampa Bay area when these murders occurred. There was something very interesting the FBI mentioned when profiling the suspect. In studying the handwriting on the brochure they obtained, they noticed a certain slant or something of distinction in the writing that serial killers may have in common. The note was displayed on a billboard as I recall. Just wondering if you came across this in your research.
