14// Pep Talk: Damn, You've made it this far!

Pep talks are short episodes that allow me to be a coach to you and pivot you in a better direction. Don't be too hard on yourself and appreciate what you have done. You probably heard the phrase, "Stop and smell the Roses." It's great to do that here and there! There is nothing wrong with doing a small pit stops that allow you to regather and refocus on your directions. Listen in to get that hard love you need!
