14 - Determining our value

We can look at people online, compare their highlight reel to our reality and think that they have it all leading to our unhappiness. Does our value really correlate to the amount of money in our bank account, our grades, our likes, our outfit, our number of followers and how many friends we have? No - it runs much deeper than that.
