That's why I wanted to sit down with Michelle Puccinelli from Virtual Work Studio. Michelle is a former high school history teacher turned remote worker. She started in entry-level positions and worked her way into digital marketing and operations management.

Finally, she found her sweet spot managing remote teams. Over the last few years, she has hired and led hundreds of virtual workers. Now she runs Virtual Work Studio, an internship program that trains women who are looking to break into remote positions.
