This week we tackle the elephant in the room, TECH LAYOFFS! It's been the talk of the (tech) town for the last few months with lots of uncertainties, anxiety and a sense of sadness to see our colleagues and friends being affected.

We shared our view on redundancy packages, what to watch out for if you unfortunately get into this situation. Karen shares her own experience with being made redundant in the early stages of her career. The silver lightning of it all is watch our colleagues and friends make the most of this season of their life to reflect, pivot and pursue different paths.
