#128 Dustin Whalen

We're opening this week's episode with an infectious and broody melodic stomp from one of the funniest people I've ever had the pleasure of insulting. His new song "DECENT SEATS" is a painful reminder of how talented my friends are; especially Dustin Whalen. I'm very picky about the music I'll listen to at any given moment but this is truly such a sick track. He asked me to listen and share my thoughts recently much to my relief it didn't actually suck. Even if you don't make it through our two hour conversation (which is a mistake on your part) just sit and enjoy the song in all it's atmospheric glory. On the other hand you might actually hear him talk about the writing process, his instruments, and make more jokes per capita than I thought possible. We are two knuckleheads when we're together jabbing back and forth through murky waters of light beer. Listening back to these while I edit and post them is always a pleasure.
