Why should you care about my goals?

Great question, this podcast and the content I produce has one singular purpose to give you

I need to point out a couple of things…

• I am focusing on simplifying my business because
• If you add more complexity more can go wrong
• Also, you have more to focus on - I want a simple business
• I can focus on my weak points - Fixing these will make the biggest impact
• Often we change the plan not our behaviour then blame the plan, we say well I followed the plan - where’s my results? Change your behaviour the follow the plan.
