In this episode, I chat with Nana Meriwether, a former professional athlete and beauty pageant title holder about her journey to holistic healing.
Born in South Africa, Nana moved to the US with her parents, went to schools in Maryland and California and is now the founder of an herbal wine brand called Navina.

Through Navina, she is on a mission to change the way the world consumes alcohol.

Nana is transparent and honest, and shares her journey from a having a serious health scare to launching a campaign to turn her diagnosis around that included studying herbs.
