We interview Russell Andrade, the owner of Avo's Kitchen. Avo's is the only Goan restaurant in all of the southeast U.S. It is a unique style of Indian cuisine in a fast-casual pop-up inside of Iberian Rooster. After the interview, we have lunch at Greenstock, which is a Chef-driven and ingredient-focused salad and wraps, fast casual eatery right in the heart of downtown St. Pete.
