Acerca de esta escucha
We're getting closer to Christmas for those of you who celebrate… can you believe it? December has just been flying by! I hope you get some time to rest this holiday break and that this podcast can help you feel like you have the support you need during this time.
To celebrate this event, I've been having some of the speakers on the podcast to give you a taste of just how awesome they are. We have the amazing Brittany Blackwell from The Resilient Teacher Podcast co-hosting the podcast today and she's talking all about Chat GPT and teacher burnout prevention.
This episode was originally aired on her show The Resilient Teacher Podcast.
Brittany Blackwell, M.Ed. is an award-winning special educator, podcast host of "The Resilient Teacher Podcast", and teacher resilience strategist from South Carolina with over ten years of experience working with elementary and middle school classrooms. Brittany is no stranger to teacher burnout and has a passion for empowering teachers and educational leaders to prioritize their mental health and develop stress management and self-care skills for teachers.
In this episode, Brittany breaks down the potential of AI in helping teachers prevent burnout and gives actionable tips avoiding burnout as a teacher. She also dives into the significance of prioritizing yourself in order to have the energy and mindset to support others.
A lot of us have felt nervous feelings about AI and things such as plagiarism, lack of creativity, etc. She talks about different ways we can think of AI to put our mind at ease with some of these things- and I love that she took some time to talk about the mindset behind all of this before diving into the tips because as you know if you listen here often, I love talking about the mindset behind things as well as it really impacts the benefits we get out of anything.
And if you love what you hear in this episode, you'll get even MORE at Winter E&R. She's doing a brand new presentation for the first time with us live on December 28, you'll get to ask your questions, interact, and more! Go to www.educateandrejuvenate.com to get access today!
