In today’s episode I am talking about my experience with Healthcare in China. From the moment I arrived and needed health assessment for work permit , to standard Women’s care for perimenopause symptoms. Needless to say I had the best experience I ever had with the healthcare.

I mentioned in this episode:

1. French Concession - popular place for old Shanghai vibes, little cafes and shops , famous Wukang building and Anfu road; try Tokyo Matcha - delicious ice creams and match drink with guava Apoli bakery

2. Jiahui International Hospital - private healthcare can be covered by insurance such as CIGNA or out of your own pocket ; I strongly recommend to have breast ultrasound to check if everything is ok before any hormonal treatments;
