#11 Heather Summers

My name is Heather Summers I am 36 years old, and I was born in Southampton, United Kingdom. 
10 years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, which is known as an inflammatory bowel, auto immune condition.   

When I was diagnosed, I was told that the condition was terminal, meaning that I would be suffering with this condition for the rest of my life.  However, my intuition told me that there had to be another way, and this was where my discovery of holistic healthcare began.  My faith and resilience led the way for a new life.   Some of the elements necessary for my complete healing, included finding the root cause, nutrition, herbal medicine, healing emotional trauma, yoga, treating the body holistically mind body and soul and most of all love. 

It is my wish that my story, provides others with the inspiration and courage to listen to their inner guidance and to know that there is always another way, I am living proof that we can completely heal from auto immune conditions.
