In this episode we ask Austin Hampshire what his dad gets up to in his free time, which involves a significant number of live firearms. Austin tells us about his dad’s love of cycling, shooting and VR gaming. We talk M.A.M.I.Ls, why dads always have all the gear and no idea, and recount Austin’s days as a child shooting protégé; complete with his own little tweedy outfit.

We also rant about the insanity of organised running events that ruin the city, the impossibility of finding a decent parking space in Swansea city centre, and discuss whether Joe really did run over a pigeon in his car live on a call with Max.

Finally we hear some great dad-vice on how to beat insomnia!
