Melissa is the creator of the Bigfoot Chicks blog, founder of Squatch Unlimited, and the mind behind one of the most active Bigfoot groups on Facebook. Her work bridges community and investigation, offering a place for skeptics, believers, and open-minded explorers to exchange knowledge and dive into the unknown. She’s also been featured on numerous podcasts, TV shows, blogtalk radio, and even consulted for the movie Skookum.

One of Melissa’s most intriguing contributions to the field is her historical research. She has uncovered and shared centuries-old newspaper articles — dating back to the 1700s — documenting mysterious sightings of “Wild Men” and Bigfoot-like creatures.
