11/13/25: Should Milwaukee Tear Down I-794?

Today on Truth to Power, Kyle Wallace talks to Milwaukee Commissioner Lafayette Crump about what the city intends to do with the land that was occupied by the now demolished Northridge Mall. Later, Kyle discusses the proposed idea to tear down I-794. Kyle weighs the pros and cons of how this will benefit the city, mostly wealthy citizens, if remove the freeway and develop the land for profit. He also addresses the major traffic headaches that this will create, like adding 20-30 minutes for commuters. Is this a good idea? Will this generate more spaces and opportunities for the city to grow financially? Or is it a poorly made plan for create money for the rich?
