She had already built a successful side hustle as a tax preparer, which grew into a full-scale accounting firm, Wildflowers Tax and Accounting. It was through serving her small business clients that she saw a massive need for back-office and virtual assistant support, which led her to the VA world and eventually to building her own VA agency, Honeybee VA.
