This episode's guest is Sheriff Richard Mack, former sheriff of Graham County Arizona and currently the President and Founder of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Sheriff Mack is the first and only Sheriff in American history to sue the federal government & take it all the way to the UNITED STATES Supreme Court and win a major landmark decision that reinforced the 10th amendment and states' rights.
Since then, Sheriff Mack has been on the lecture circuit and authored 8 books.
His organization now trains public officials all across the country to follow and enforce the US constitution and thereby keep their oaths of office.
