When you think of your struggle with premenstrual dysphoric disorder, do you feel there are certain things PMDD has "stolen" from you?
Broken relationships?
Distorted thoughts?
Feelings of inadequacy?
In this episode, I go through 7 of those things I've identified in my own life. It's a reflection that brings with it a lot of grief and lament, and reminds me of the brokenness still in this world, in my body and in my relationships. But as it's Easter this month, we also know that there is a hope beyond the symptoms and broken relationships or dreams.
I talk about all of this in this episode. I encourage you to also reflect on what PMDD has "stolen" from you, but know that Christ is still Lord and in control.
