This is a short Loving Kindness Meditation , Lee hopes it might bring a moment for you to be kind to yourself and to shift the possible negative self talk to something more positive.
Get comfortable in a quite safe space and close your eyes and be guided by Lee on this gentle journey.

In this episode Lee is offering a free Meditation, some times the feelings which might come up can be unsettling , always open your eyes and breath deeply, do noting, notice things around the room to ground yourself. meditation can bring up strong feelings if we are not used to being quite, during and after.
