But as the brick facade, aged white walls, and portraits begin to settle, a creeping and unsettling air slowly fills the rooms. Edgar Allan Poe's short stories and poems are guaranteed to put a deep chill into your bones, so it is no wonder that visitors occasionally pick up on something eerie going on at his former residence.
