We reflect on the moments that surprised us, the conversations that stayed with us, and what we’ve learned about work, mental health, money, confidence and connection along the way.

We talk honestly about what it felt like to open up — not just to each other, but to listeners — and how having these conversations has shifted how we see ourselves, our generations, and what’s possible across age.
