10. Funfair

This episode ended up going somewhere I didn't expect. But I should have expected it because I know how these sessions go... I could feel I needed to get something out, but couldn't put my finger on it. I just felt 'ranty' and I've felt a bit deflated and lost for a while now. I've been trying to avoid it, to pull myself through it, but when there is a feeling that wants to be felt, or an emotion or message that wants to come up, there's no hiding from it. I gained a lot of clarity and understanding recording this episode. I know it's a bit unconventional, but it felt right, and I know it will find its way to the people who need to get something from it. As for me, I have some processing to do, maybe some conversations to have, and a new way of thinking and feeling to unlock. I feel like I've been stuck in the same level of a video game for years, and I just leveled up. I need to get the lay of the land up here now, but it's all exciting and positive.
