1. "Trust the Process" with Dan Baker

For the very first episode of the Street Side Podcast, I chat with coastal street and documentary photographer Dan Baker.

Dan lives and photographs in Cleethorpes, a small traditional seaside town on the east coast of England in the UK.

We talk all things street photography, such as Dan's photographic education at college,  including his film and darkroom printing experience and where he see's the future of film photography. We also talk about his love of Leica cameras and eventual transition from film to the digital M rangefinder system. We discuss his differing approach when photographing in colour as opposed to black and white, his experiences of publishing, the potential impact of AI, if Instagram is still a positive influence on photography, working through creative ruts and much more.
