Society has placed expectations of what it means to be a man, masculinity, and traditional roles of father that have made it difficult for some men to navigate being a present and engaged dad in their family. They explore conversations that he's had with hundreds of men about the father/husband relationship and the impact of society's expectations (sometimes very black and white) on dads which can be both positive and negative on the family.
