Hey .... Another solo episode.

I'm full on into Season 3 and in this season I'm mostly recording my own solo episodes; however, I've got a few really amazing guests lined up that you'll hear from soon enough.

Recently I contributed to a women's retreat in Costa Rica and I'm sharing my experience as a collaborator at someone else's retreat. So many lessons + rememberings.

This episode is short + sweet and perfect for the human who learns, reflects and is motivated through other's stories and experiences.

The main topics that come up are: control (ugh ... the micromanaging of all the things), contribution, hidden blessings, female friendships and reciprocity.
