#07 - Dave Underwood

Dave Underwood is the owner of Gorilla Piss Ammonia Inhalants and an elite strength coach in both powerlifting and strongman. I love Dave's old-school, "get your hands dirty" approach to life and business and I very much enjoyed our conversation.
In this short episode of Barbaric Wisdom, Bronson and Dave discuss the challenges he faced growing up poor in small-town USA with a learning disability. Thanks to organized sports and the love and dedication from his family, Dave was able to find success and make a name for himself in the fitness industry against many odds. We also discussed "privilege", the education system, and the current state of law enforcement in The United States. We talked about powerlifting, strongman and Dave gives us the lowdown on how he is currently helping in the world of strength sports, as well as what to expect from his team in the future.
