04|take up space!!!

In this episode, I talk about the importance of taking up space and being unafraid to radically exist. I've long had limiting beliefs that had allowed me to exist only as loud and as big as what was comfortable for other people, but that held me back from making as large of an impact I knew I was capable of having. I discuss experiences that made me feel small in the first place, explain how this limiting mindset has posed as a challenge in the development of this podcast, and most importantly share how I am overcoming it so that you all can do the same.
