03: Come Home to Your Heart

Why do we say "follow your heart"? We know that our heart holds truth. It holds our soul truth. It speaks from deep within us and can urge us towards the things that we desire to do and contribute in the world. As a world, we have many issues that cause pain. Our hearts hold keys to understand how to move forward in new ways that can change the way things are. This is why we listen to and follow our hearts. Sometimes, though, we get distracted from or sidestep what's in our heart. We prioritize the truth of another or our societies over our own. This causes us deep pain.
